Ignacio Serrats, presidente de Bermeo Tuna World Capital, inaugurará el evento, que contará con las intervenciones de Josu Santiago, que lidera Tune Research de AZTI; Guillermo Morán, presidente de TunaCons o Philippe Michaud, consultor del Ministerio de Pesca y Economía Azul de Seychelles, entre otras.
